WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY

• Enquiry form: first name, last name, business email, phone number (optional), job title, company name, and your message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and taking steps prior to entering a contract. Submissions are stored securely in our website database and sent to us by email.
• Email: if you email james@emotivejli.com or info@emotivejli.com we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
• Video embeds: the Stories page embeds YouTube videos. YouTube may set cookies and collect data when you play a video, per Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

RETENTION

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings.

Our website infrastructure and email providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
